Pluto’s journey began in 2002 as an intimate rehearsal space in South Tel Aviv, serving as a creative sanctuary for musicians nationwide. By 2006, as the music grew louder and the vision became clearer, we set out to create the ultimate environment for music production—uncompromising in quality, acoustics, and technical standards.
In 2010, after years of planning and persistence, we opened the doors to our current complex. Today, Pluto is recognized as Israel’s leading recording and production facility. Our walls are lined with albums by the country's top artists, as well as international projects recorded right here.
Over the years, we have expanded our services to provide a complete 360° solution for artists: from Pre-Production, Recording, Mixing, and Mastering, to high-end Post-Production services (Sound Design, Dialogue Editing, and Foley). While we constantly evolve with technology, our core values remain unchanged: professional excellence, a personal "at-home" atmosphere, and a genuine love for the people who create music.
Founded in 2011, The Pluto Academy was born from our desire to cultivate the next generation of audio professionals within the beating heart of the industry. For over a decade, we have been training sound engineers, music producers, and post-production specialists who have gone on to become leaders in the field.
We believe that education must be practical and relevant. Our curriculum is dynamic, constantly updated to reflect modern industry standards, and taught by Israel’s finest producers and engineers—mentors who come with vast experience and a true passion for teaching. Whether it’s a full track or specific courses, our students learn on the same high-end gear used in commercial productions, ensuring they are ready for the real world from day one.

Our complex features seven meticulously designed recording and production suites, each acoustically treated to perfection to meet diverse technical needs. The design is not just functional but inspiring, blending aesthetic beauty with absolute sonic precision.
Beyond the architecture, Pluto is a playground of legendary gear. Our inventory includes rare vintage equipment like the Neve VR console, a Steinway Grand Piano, Hammond B3, Fender Rhodes, and pristine monitoring systems by Quested (backed by the classic NS10s).
We understand that a great session is about more than just microphones. Our facility offers a musician-friendly environment with a spacious lobby, a rooftop lounge, on-site parking, and even a pro-audio shop for essentials. Our team is here to support your vision long before the "Record" button is pressed—assisting with technical specs, session planning, and musician coordination—making Pluto the ultimate home for your creativity.
Live Sessions On Tape
Digital technology has broken barriers, allowing anyone to produce music from a bedroom. While we embrace this progress, there is an undeniable magic that happens when sound hits magnetic tape.
"The Analog Session" is our tribute to the golden age of recording. We host artists—both emerging and established—for live sessions recorded strictly to tape in our studios. Capturing the raw energy of a live performance through an all-analog signal chain, our engineers preserve a warmth and authenticity that computers simply cannot replicate.
